Booking Terms & Conditions with Vintage Morocco Travel

By booking a Morocco Tour with Vintage Morocco LLC, consider that you have read and agreed to the booking terms and conditions set below:

Tour Booking

Your contract with Vintage Morocco Travel LLC( Company No. 14245612) is based on some booking terms and conditions, where you need to pay attention that you are communication either via e-mail at (vintagemoroccotavel@gmail.com) or via phone (00 212 666 257 621).

Upon communicating with your Vintage Morocco, you need to pay attention to details like types of accommodation you intend to stay while you are travelling in Morocco, and be sure to confirm the receipt of travel booking confirmation provided by your agent.

-Your personal information (full name, date of birth) to collect enough information to start in the booking of accommodation & guides in cities.

-If you book on behalf of your travel mates or mates; you must be then in responsible for providing names and pay deposits to ease the booking process.

Special Request:

whether you have dietary requirements or any other request(bed size, transfers, fridge for medication), inform Vintage Morocco Team so your requests are very well met.

Accommodation:

The places chosen for you to stay are inspected by our team for you to have a good stay. During the booking process, you will receive a variety of choices to choose from( Hotels, Riads, & Guesthouses).

Deposit Payment:

A 20% of the trip amount is required to confirm taking a trip with Vintage Morocco LLC, paid via (Bank transfer, PayPal, Payoneer or Stripe).

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation received prior to 30 days of the departure day: Tour operator held the deposit but refund you on the cancelled product.

Cancellation received prior to 29-15 days of your departure day: Tour operator held the deposit and refund you on 50% of the travel package.

Cancellation received in less than 15 days before your departure: Tour operator held the deposit, and no refund will be provided. In this case, your operator cannot refund you as booking of accommodation is paid.

Please note than the deposit can be hold towards another Morocco trip.

Cancellation by Vintage Morocco:

Vintage Morocco Travel operator only has the right to cancel your tour due to a health or force majeure forces, otherwise your tour is confirmed and the tour package must be provided, accordingly.

Force Majeure:

Travel alert: in the case of an alert and for your safety, we cancel the tour then change the departure day that is suitable for you. Some conditions like weather conditions or reasons that might be harmful for travelers.
